Shipping & Returns

Shipping plants always comes at risk, especially during the winter. This is the buyers responsibility, but we always do all we can to carefully package the plants. We cant control shipping conditions, times or the weather. We will not ship if  temperatures drop below around 0°C. But your plant(s) will be reserved.

We will delay shipments including live plants for as long as necessary when temperatures in the departing zip code or arrival zip code are below 0°C or above 35°C. If you choose to have your live plant shipped in temperatures below 0°C it will be on your own risk.

Shipping Methods
All orders in Norway are shipped with Posten or PostNord and usually arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping. All orders in Europe and USA are shipped with DHL or PostNord and usually arrive within 2-8 business days. Your order will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent. We only ship Sunday to Wednesday.

Lost or Stolen packages
WellPlanting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to customer providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipment costs. Most of the packages is insured tho.

Returns & Exchanges
Living plants, sale items and personal care items are Final Sale. All other purchased items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 business days as long as they are in their original, unused condition.

For online orders: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and WellPlanting is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the return process.

Please inform us within 3 business days if package is damaged upon arrival. Please send an email with photos to hello@wellplanting.com and we will reply with further instructions.
